All my wooden products and gifts in my shop are in stock and can usually be shipped the next business day. During peak seasons, such as Christmas, oversupply may occur. In this case, you will be notified immediately. You are then free to cancel your order free of charge or allow me 2-3 days to produce the missing items.
Delivery time & delivery
Your order will normally be shipped the next business day via Austrian Post or Hermes Austria . You can easily track the shipment status using the Austrian Post tracking or Hermes tracking services . Should any problems arise with your shipment, please feel free to contact me at any time using the contact form .
Packaging & Shipping
For sustainability reasons and out of personal conviction, I try to recycle shipping packaging as much as possible. My top priority when shipping is ensuring your order arrives safely and undamaged. Therefore, I ask for your understanding if the shipping box has been used and is not brand new.

My wooden products and gifts are meant to bring you joy in everyday life. Therefore, I pay close attention to high quality in the kits (e.g., wooden writing instruments , wooden ballpoint pens , wooden fountain pens , wooden letter openers , wooden spice mills , etc.) to ensure their durability.
Furthermore, a virtually flawless, yet food-safe sealed surface is important to me. I exclusively use food-safe wood oils, waxes, or varnishes as surface finishes for my wooden products. These ensure that the wooden surface of your new favorite product remains beautiful for a long time.

The purchase price of my wood products therefore includes not only the cost of goods sold (e.g., for materials such as wood, kits, etc.), but also a lot of working time, which can vary greatly depending on the wood product.
I try to keep the price as fair as possible. In return, you receive a truly unique piece made from Austrian wood that you won't find in any furniture store or Asian online shop.
