Availability of goods

All of my wooden products and wooden gifts in my shop are in stock and can usually be dispatched the next working day. Oversales can sometimes occur on special seasonal occasions such as Christmas. In this case, you as the buyer will be informed immediately. You are free to cancel the order free of charge or give me 2-3 days to re-produce it.

Delivery time & delivery

Your order will normally be shipped on the next working day via Hermes Austria . The shipping status can be easily tracked via Hermes shipment tracking . If there are any problems with your shipment, you can contact me at any time using the contact form .

Packaging & shipment

For reasons of sustainability and my personal conviction, I try to recycle shipping packaging as much as possible. When it comes to shipping, it is particularly important to me that your order arrives intact and undamaged. I therefore ask for your understanding if the shipping box has already been used and is not brand new.

Quality & surface finish

My wooden products should bring you joy in your everyday life. I therefore pay attention to the high quality of the kits (e.g. wooden writing instruments, wooden ballpoint pens, wooden fountain pens, wooden letter openers, wooden spice mills, etc.) in order to ensure a corresponding longevity.

Furthermore, an almost flawless but food-safe sealed surface is important to me. I only use food-safe wood oils, waxes or varnishes as a surface finish on my wood. These ensure that the wooden surface of your new favorite product remains beautiful for a long time.

The purchase price of my wooden products not only includes the cost of goods (e.g. for materials such as wood, kits, etc.), but also a lot of working time, which can vary greatly depending on the wooden product.

I try to make the price as fair as possible. In return, you will receive an absolutely unique piece made of Austrian wood that you will not find in any furniture store or Asian online shop.
